I was working for a marketing company doing social media and we were using other posting systems that would constantly crash or fail to send out posts. This resulted in angry clients and low productivity. When I discovered Buffer, it literally changed my social media obsessed life.
I first heard of Buffer from an actor friend's tweet on Facebook. I started to check it out to use for my own social media because of the reach potential it allowed. After sending out a few tweets and Facebook posts using Buffer's interface, I was getting more likes and retweets than ever. My following was increasing more than it had for years of me just using social media the conventional way. The absolute BEST thing Buffer has allowed me to do, is reach Miley Cyrus with my own review of her concert from the website I write for. The article was retweeted so many times, it eventually reached Miley amidst her 18 million followers!
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand Buffer. Everything is simple. My favorite part about it is the instant link shortening that happens right when you paste a link into the compose box.
Keeping track of posting times, analytics, even something as simple as time zones is easier with Buffer. I've been using Buffer ever since I discovered it, and have been obsessed ever since. I might just be their biggest fan!
